Tourists like to walk around and sightsee there is a large playground for children, a large selection of restaurants and a few souvenir shops. There is also an area where you can charter a boating excursion for fishing, dolphin, watching and pirate cruises. All of these things are located, fairly close to each other within walking distance, and so many tourist like to just park and walk around usually the younger crowd likes to go and check out the guys or check out the girls And it is a very busy beach location

I would really like you make yourself at home. This is a beautiful home that your family and friends will love! We have Beach and regular Towels available. Pack and play, baby tub, Highchair. There is extra Blanket and sheets if need it.

King bed full bath big glass shower with tub in, double sink, full walk-in closet, with TV 45in, king bedroom has aces to Pool. Air Mattress. There is washer and dryer in. Big closet with all towels for use.

Queen size bed with two nightstand and dresser, TV 45in.

Queen size bed , two nightstand and dresser, TV 45in and huge computer desk. Between room two and three there is Shared Full Bathroom with overside shower and double sink.

4. Bedroom
TWO Queen size bed with long dresser, FULL bathroom and TV 45in. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

5. Kitchen
There is a full Kitchen with overside countertop with 3 bar chairs.
kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, tester, stove-oven microwave, two side chair with table to seat down and drink coffee.

6. Living room
There is a PULL out sectional with large coffee table on side four very sailfish chairs to seat and relax, big TV stand with decorative decor and TV 50inches.

Right before you enter the House, we have cover patio are with Table and four chairs and on other side of the patio four tall bar chars.

There is space for three cars to park on drive and 3 on side. There is no space for big RV. But near buy you can rent a space for RVs or Boats.

Gazebos are to seat down, at night and relax. This is oversize Heated POOL 38feet LONG AND 20 feet WIDE it comes with 10 lounge chairs side tables and 3 umbrellas in between, around pool there is fireplace on gas, and propane Grill.

I recommend renting a car or bringing your own car if you are close enough to drive here. There is a lot to see in the surrounding area that may be easiest if you have your own transportation. This home is also a distance from public transportation. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for three cars easily.

1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.

2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening.

3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly.
The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.

4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
