Perfect for families, bachelorettes, traveling sports teams, and other large groups! This is two townhomes that share a wall coming together to create a mega home for your group! There are 8 bedrooms and 14 beds! This building is brand new and has never had anyone live there! Every feature (and there are a lot of them!) of this home was curated from the ground up to create lasting memories for your group! Featuring two game rooms, rooftops, hot tubs, movie rooms, kitchens, and incredible design.
BEDROOMS
This 5,000 sqft pair of townhomes has 8 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 24 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 8 queen beds, 2 sleeper sofas, 2 air mattresses, and many couches.
Bedroom 1 - King bed, private balcony, smart television, private bathroom, and dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 2 - King Bed, room darkening shades, private bathroom, and smart television.

The dining areas are perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining tables each have enough chairs for 10 guests with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge and shares an indoor/outdoor fireplace with the backyard. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner, or just want to take things easy, this open-concept living room gives you all the space you need.

There are 4 outdoor spaces on the property! There are two massive rooftop decks with 10-person dining tables, cornhole, couches, and incredible views of the mountains. There are also two backyards with 5 person hot tubs, BBQ grills, and 4 person breakfast dining areas.
MOVIE Lounges
There are two spacious basement lounges for watching movies. Each is complete with plenty of seating, 70" smart televisions, and popcorn machines!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
Be aware that there are exterior security cameras as well as a noise decibel monitor in use. There are no cameras inside the home. These devices are used solely to ensure our neighbors and quiet hours are being respected.
1) There are absolutely NO parties. This is a quiet neighborhood.
2) Please treat the house as your own - we do expect guests to take off their shoes.
3) There are ONLY 4 spots on the driveway. We do not have parking for additional vehicles. Do NOT park in the parking lane. Do NOT park in neighbors spot. There is no street parking nearby.
