Dieses geräumige Ferienhaus ist täuschend groß, wie es einmal zwei separaten Häusern war, dass wir miteinander verbunden sind. Die drei Schlafzimmer Konfiguration ist einzigartig mit zwei der Zimmer mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet und der Mitte Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppel über die volle Etagenbett und zwei trundle. Das Haus umfasst ein Kanu für das Kreuzen auf den See und zwei Hängematten es abzunehmen. Genießen Sie eine große Terrasse auf dem See oder in Veranda zu entspannen. Es gibt auch eine expansive Hinterhof mit einem Golf Netz und viel Platz im Freien zu spielen.

Girl’s weekend

There were 5 of us staying for a girl’s weekend. We drove from PA stoping in Woodstock New York for lunch. The leaves on the way up were beautiful! Since we were about an hour away from Montreal we went there for a day trip and saw Notre Dame Basilica. While at the house we enjoyed our views of the snow capped mountains, the beautiful sunsets and of course Lake Champlain . Perfect accommodations!!! Would stay there again!!!

Great spot

Incredible place on the lake. House is well loved and comfortable. You will need water shoes/sandals for the beach but it is one of the best swimming spots ive been to. Canoe is in bad shape, not sure it should be offered as an amenity anymore for safety reaspns. The kayaks were great for riding out on smooth water days. Unforgettable sunsets and great food in town.

Great relaxing getaway...everything we needed.

Cozy lake house!

Lake Life

This was our first stay at Poulin Shores and it will definitely not be our last! The lake views were spectacular from inside the house as well as on the deck. We have been to many lake houses and this is one of our new favorites. My family enjoyed fishing the lake as well as a bit of kayaking. The house is clean and had all of the necessary amenities. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations

Ideal setting + home for a family vacation of any size. We set the devices aside and were able to connect with the beauty of the lake, stars and sunsets. The home is a perfect set up and felt very spacious, the hammock in the front yard was full most of the time, and with 20 steps to your feet in the lake, the week felt endless with the calming effects of the water. We adapted to lake life quickly, and loved every second of it!

Wow! Views of Lake Champlain!

This was an amazing find! We were forced to cut our stay at another place short so we were without a place to stay for two nights. I wish we would have just booked a week here. It was AMAZING! We enjoyed the lake even in the rain and our dog loved the back yard. This place had BEAUTIFUL sunsets over Lake Champlain. It was large enough for a family reunion and well stocked. Our host was the absolute nicest person ever and was completely responsive when we text. Thank you! Will be looking for this listing again next summer.

Just what was needed

This was a last minute plan and we were lucky a scheduling glitch made the cottage available for a shorter stay than typically required. We brought our dogs and covered the furniture and beds with our own coverings. The place was nicely stocked and even though parts of the cottage were older, the bathroom was fresh and large! The common space and sleeping arrangements would be great for a family or group of friends. It was really hot during our stay and the AC units were wonderful to have. The screen porch was a nice way to enjoy the outside and not worry about bugs or our dogs bothering walkers or joggers. The location was awesome! We loved that it was on a private quiet road so we could walk safely during the day or after dark. It's hard to find a property no right on a main road. The beach is rocky so be sure to bring your beach shoes. The backyard would be perfect for children wanting to run and play. A big apple tree attracts deer looking for a snack. Great place and we will definitely rent again. Thank you Poulins! You have a very special spot.

More than your moneys worth

The property is Gorgeous inside and out. The pictures do not do it justice. It was spotless when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was awesome. We had an issue with our boat and needed to get it out of the water ASAP. The neighbors let us use their ramp. The last day of vacation came way to soon. Wonderful, peaceful, tranquil

If you are looking for a complete get away this is the place for you. We felt transported to a different time and place. The lake afforded amazing views of Lake Champlain with the Adirondack Mountains in the background. The lake front area was a great place to sit, relax, reflect and rejuvenate. We only wish we could stay longer. We explored the local town having had delicious meals to lesson cooking. When we did cook, the house had everything we needed. The house is spacious, clean and had terrific views of the lake from the living room, kitchen, dining area and front bedroom. Don't miss out on having a Creamie as it is the local treat. Get the maple crunchy topping. We have no complaints and hope to return.

Sunsets fit for royalty!

Everything from start to finish was effortless. The property was spotless and stocked with everything that we needed to make it feel like home. Chris was incredibly responsive when we reached out with any questions. The pictures do not do this view justice! Mornings spent on the shore, days spent playing in the yard and evenings on the porch watching the sunset. It’s peaceful and serene. We felt like we had our own slice of the world. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

What a true delight at peak Fall season to stay in a warm and comfortable cabin. We were so lucky !

We felt so comfortable and almost 'at home' in this cabin. The warm colors and ambience was a true experience and add to that the beautiful views from the living room area onto the lake. The sky views were stunning and what a treasure the owners have to share it with us .

Another wonderful year at Poulin Shores!

Great Cabin!

Great cabin right on the shore of Lake Champlain! Wonderful view and beautiful sunsets! The “cabin” is huge! Would sleep 7 comfortably! Nice comfy beds with down comforters. Plenty of storage and for once, plenty of hangars! Kitchen is adequate, with any kind of utensil you may need. The skillets were a little rough, but I don’t blame that on the owners, I have found that no matter how much VRBO owners try to provide good cookware, people manage to ruin them 😢. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and silverware is stocked. Huge bathroom, adequately stocked. Chris was very responsive to all questions and communication. Tons of books and games provided. The only complaint that we had was that the TV in the bedroom would not work 😕. But the one in the living room worked great. To use the one in the living room: Press TV, All Power, Input, and OK. Great front porch, and an Apple tree in the backyard! I will warn you!: Check the trash cans on Thursday, because they were completely full and we were not able to put our trash in them. Trash only runs once a week on Friday morning, and you are not allowed to put the cans out until Thursday night. We just “assumed” that the cans would be empty and we checked out on Wednesday. We felt awful, that we had not understood about the trash situation, but I contacted Chris and I believe that we resolved that issue. The owners are constantly making improvements to the house, and we would definitely stay there again! It is rustic, but that’s what we were expecting, and we enjoyed it very much! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Note: we visited Brannon Family Farms and Sugarbush Farms and bought tons of Maple Syrup and Cheese! Also visited several apple orchards, and everyone was so nice and friendly!! Wonderful Vacation!!!!

Vermont Lakeshore Memories!

Thank you so much for a wonderful family reunion Chris! Your hospitality, cottage and surroundings were above and beyond. My husband grew up on the lake and this brought back so many memories. The spacious open floor plan, bedrooms and cottage itself provided ample room and far exceeding the listing details! We are two hard working professionals in the physical therapy and sports performance industry. We travel a lot ourselves and take many of our experiences to continue to improve our guests experience while they stay in the cottage. We grew up in Vermont and currently live in North Carolina but return to our cottage frequently to enjoy all that it has to offer.
