Great location but lacking in cleanliness…

This condo is in the perfect location! Very close to the beach and an easy walk. Beach was a lot less crowded than the beaches we usually visit in Destin. If only the condo was nicer and a bit cleaner. The floor wasn’t clean and should have been swept/mopped prior to our visit (we did pay $100 cleaning fee). Tile was broken in spots and sharp on bare, sunburnt feet. Maybe it’s simply the age of the place? Condo also lacked supplies… only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was stocked in the bathroom. No hand soap either. This rental would be fine for 2 people but too crowded for my family of 4. Bathroom was small and oddly placed at the front entrance of the building. The window coverings didn’t provide much privacy. (My husband said he could see my daughter on the toilet even with the blinds completely closed). My brother stayed on the 2nd floor and his condo was much nicer— more updated and cleaner than ours. I loved this area but wouldn’t stay in this room again.

Beachfront Beach II

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean when we arrived. The grounds of the property are meticulously maintained, and the pool area was nice. The property is nestled between two of the area’s dune lakes (we saw some deer grazing one morning). The unit was perfect for two people.

Perfect stay for two at 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was just as described. There was a full kitchen, with an unexpected combination washer and dryer. We were able to make lunch and breakfast at the rental with ease. The unit was steps from the beach, and very quiet. We loved the location! First time at 30A, and we will definitely be back. Only recommendation is a possible night light for those steps downstairs from the loft, as they can be tricky to navigate in the middle of the night. Thanks again.

Great location and an excellent stay

The checkin process was great, had to call to get directions- but they were so nice and stayed on the phone until we got to the correct location! Much appreciated ! The place was cute, clean, great view and approximately 300 stars from the white sand and beautiful water. Would definatly stay there again!

4th of July fun!

All in all, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The condo was seemingly clean. We had one little mishap, but they communicated well and we went on with our trip. We were excited to see there’s an in-house washer/dryer!! The location is our favorite!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachfront II. The unit was as advertised and booking/check in was easy! Beach public access is literally 2 mins from complex. Great place for a couple or small family ❤️

The unit could use a little TLC. More lighting (particularly the stairs since the bedroom is up and bathroom is down) and replace all non-functioning bulbs. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were great! Sufficient for our short stay.

Last Week of Summer

We fell in love with Beachfront II - all photos are accurate and the pool/hot tub area is phenomenal. You get a slight view of the ocean and the walk to the beach is so easy. We loved being on the 3rd floor with the loft bedroom. We want to return again and again.

Seagrove beachfront 2 condo

Overall it was excellent. Our condo was on the 3rd floor but thankfully there was an elevator. We had a partial view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. This condo had a loft bedroom and bathroom was downstairs don’t eat a lot of watermelon before you go to bed lol.

Beachfront rental stay

Me and my boyfriend loved the location of our rental and how close it was to the beach. Our favorite part was definitely the pool/spa area. I do think our rental could have been a little more clean but it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a great stay!

They should have informed us and maybe given us a discount as well. There was no blanket for the sofabed but the property management brought one the next day. Overall we love the condo and the area.

Great place, great times

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1 week post Michael coming ashore and stay was great. The Condo is very well stocked and clean. There was plenty of storage and the washer/dryer was the added bonus. We sat on the deck in comfortable pvc high chairs and enjoyed the view of the gulf. The red tide had hit Seagroves beach with thousands of fish on the beach and if anything good can be said of Michael, it cleared the water up. Temps had dropped from the 80’s to 70’s during our stay, but as long time visitors to Seagrove, it was all good. I hesitate to give this condo a great review (even though is most definitely is) because we’re selfish and want it to be available the next time we come down. This is a little slice of heaven. Enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at this rental last year and we were so happy with it came back this year. The condo is super close to the beach so you can walk. And you don’t need to cross a busy road to get there. It does have a loft so if looking for a true bedroom this does not have one. It isn’t fancy but it’s clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet location. As a bonus it has a washer/dryer in the unit which comes in very handy. Once again, a great vacation.
