Welcome to Desert Ruby- your home away from home! Our spacious home can host up to 8 guests. Features game room, living room (75 inch TV), gym, grill, gazebo, swing and daybed, chef-grade kitchen, fast wifi, home office- everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Yucca Valley - less than 5-minute drive to restaurants and shops, less than 15-minute drive to both park entrance and Pioneertown.

Desert Ruby is a spacious 4 bed, 2 baths, 1933 sqft fenced property filled with modern decor and all necessary amenities. On-site parking for up to 5 cars. The property also features a fully stocked chef-grade kitchen and a dedicated game room. Large garage with washer and dryer. Fast Wifi works everywhere on the property.

1. Master bedroom with one king bed and ensuite bathroom
2. Second bedroom with two twin beds
3. Third bedroom with one queen bed
4. Fourth bedroom in the home gym with one full-sized bed
5. Comfortable living room couch and game room couch bed can also sleep additional guests.
6. Air mattresses are available upon request.


CHEF-GRADE KITCHEN: includes all necessary utensils, fridge, oven, toaster, dishwasher, air fryer, coffeemaker (coffee provided), blender, rice cooker, etc.


GAME ROOM:
features 7' pool table, dart board, a large collection of classic board games, and a foosball coffee table!


LIVING ROOM:
75-inch TV, comfortable couch, shoe rack, clothing rack etc.- perfect for a sweet family gathering!


OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT:
includes a gazebo with a picnic table, stargazing daybed, outdoor games (bocce ball and corn hole), repurposed shipping container-turned BBQ grilling area, and two person swing. The front yard features porch set and porch swing that allows you to rest and enjoy the beautiful mountain view at sunrise and sunset.


HOME GYM:
features a 50-inch TV, a 3-in-1 elliptical/upright exercise bike/recumbent bike trio trainer exercise machine, a pull-up bar dip station, yoga mat and yoga ball, resistance bands, jump rope, as well as an extra space with a full-size bed.


OTHER FEATURES:
detached ADU is equipped with an office table set and portable AC unit for your work-from-home needs.
RV hookup is also available. Please bring a 30A plug RV adapter in order to charge your EV.
The entire property is fenced- perfect for pets to run around and enjoy their time as well!

Guests will have access to the entire property to themselves.

Desert Ruby is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in the heart of Yucca Valley. The surrounding streets are perfect for morning jogs and early-evening strolls with your family and friends. It is also a VERY quick drive to the main shopping square, with stores including Walmart and Home Depot. There are also many restaurants nearby for you to explore. Desert Ruby is also a 15-min drive to the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and Pioneertown, among other attractions.

Guest may park in the one-car garage or park outside on the property (up to 5 cars). Please do not park on the street. Walking/short driving distance to Walmart, Home Depot, and various restaurants.

✦ Our spa maintenance services are twice a week. It takes about 10 minutes to service and will be performed in the outdoor area only. The pool is not heated.

✦ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome and there is a one-time fee. Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.
◈ Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am.

◈ No Loud parties.



◈ Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited within the house or the property.



◈ Legal Considerations:
This agreement serves as a vacation rental agreement, not a property lease. It does not confer any rights to the property at any time, and your usage is strictly defined by the terms outlined herein.



◈ Occupancy:
The number of individuals occupying the property must not exceed the count specified on your reservation confirmation without prior authorization from the host. This limitation applies whether the individuals are overnight guests or day visitors.



◈ Pets:
Pets are allowed only by adding the pet to the reservation along with the number of guests. (additional fees will apply automatically)

- Please keep pets off of all furniture.
- When outside the house, dogs must be leashed at all times to mitigate the potential dangers posed in the High Desert.
- Owners must promptly clean up after their pets and deposit waste in a plastic bag, placing it in the garbage.



◈ Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs:

No lifeguard will be on duty at the pool, and guests swim at their own risk.

- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets in the pool or hot tub.
- The pool should not be used by intoxicated individuals.
- Never use the pool when alone, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14.
- All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any hour.
- For hot tubs, ensure the cover is fully removed before use, and avoid sitting or lying on the cover.


Please note that neither the host, the Property owner, nor their employees, or agents can guarantee the safety of individuals using property with a pool. As a result, you, the Guest, are responsible for any losses, costs, damages, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from pool use by yourself, other occupants, your guests, or your pets.


Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, the Property owner, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, and causes of action resulting from the use of a pool on the Property by Guest, members of Guest's household, Guest's guests, or invitees.



◈ Damages to property:
Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, the Property owner, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including the value of missing items, arising from the failure to adhere to the rules outlined in this on the listing and in this Agreement.TERMS & REGULATIONS
