*2 Paddle Boards & 1 Lake mat provided for guest usage along with life vests. Use at your own risk.

*Pets are NOT allowed on water equipment ex: SUP boards, water mat.
Additional fee will be charged for any damages.

*The house uses well water and it can have an odor at times, this is out of my control. I have a water filtration system to help alleviate the odor. If the water starts to smell please contact me immediately so I can do whatever is necessary to help with this.
*Cancelation policy is firm
you will not be refunded for the odor of the water, but I will do whatever's in my power to fix it.
