Everyone really enjoys the Mountain views here!The internet works on the property for all rentals. We have had multiple guests stay onsite and work remote jobs using our wifii. They guaranteed us that they had no Issues. If you need help with finding the wifii network we will do the best we can to help guide you how to input the correct password. You can drive any type of car to the property . Do not need truck or suv. We recommend 4WD when there is snow or ice only. Otherwise you can even drive a convertible to the property as one of our neighbors drives his convertible home here everyday. Rest assured many of our neighbors drive small cars up to our mountain top and make it home everyday. We don’t recommend motorcycles UNLESS you are very experienced. You will LOVE the very scenic Mountain property by the lake!We have provided very thorough information about the property.Beaver Lakes swimming, Hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding , Mountain biking , & waterfalls all just 5 minutes down the road. We have included two sit on top kayaks for free with your rental here on the mountain. You are responsible for loading them on top of or in your truck or SUV. If you have a roof rack or a truck this will be easier to haul to the lake right down the road. Enjoy reading, writing, or music on the teal velvet sofa in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Tons of Shopping, Restaurants, festivals, Art, & Live music nearby in downtown Eureka Springs. The Eureka Mountain view jacuzzi suite is located next to another one of our highly successful mountain rental cabins. The Howling Mountain Wolf which can also be found on another rental platform . Everyone loves it here on the Mountain. The rental cabin has a separate private yard area of its own . The jacuzzi suite has its own private patio area with cedar rocking chairs. This suite IS connected to the main home. Please read everything . Your space is not shared inside and it is a separate unit with its own exterior entry doors. The pathways , trails, multiple mountain view decks, & campfire ring areas are shared. The great news is there are multiple decks & multiple fire rings so when the cabin guests are using one deck or campfire area you will be able to use the many other areas available for use. The two campfire & hangout areas sit pretty far from each other still allowing for privacy . There is the creekstone boulder fire ring with benches and a platform deck with cedar rocking chairs down the trail. Then there is also a picnic table along the mountain view trail. There is the scenic Mountainview two story treehouse deck. The treehouse deck has a hammock & a two person cedar swing with the tree growing through the center! A REAL treehouse deck! Its time to channel your Huckleberry fin out here in the wilderness like your soul has always been calling for! The second level has several chairs, a small table for food or drinks. A small set of stone steps takes you down to the treehouses campfire grilling area with chairs. The rental includes use of two kayaks while you were here that are located on the property that you can take down to the lake access that is just five minutes down the road! you’re responsible for bringing them on your own car or truck throughoutyour stay .Its incredibly beautiful paddling out on the lake past the waterfalls and scenery!Come howl at the moon, do some yoga, play some music, enjoy drinks under the starry moonlit night listening to the sounds of nature. The singing summer cicadas , treefrogs, many song birds ,& hoot owls will sing for you! The energy is powerful. The entire property is famously known for its gorgeous ambient magical lighting throughout the property such as ambient string lights, path lights along the trails & artistic glowing lights in the trees to create such a special vibe here at the retreat. The rustic austin texas inspired stocktank swimming pool overlooking the mountain view IS shared with other guests. Rest assured other guests seldomly will be in the pool however it is a shared pool. Complimentary small mini split of Champagne ( variety will vary upon availability) for ages 21 & older. Must provide Government id or passport via message to guarantee legal age before we place Bottle in the suite . We have not listed that there is a kitchen in the suite because there is not*. The sink is in the bathroom. Rest assured The water quality here is great!! We do provide several bottles of water for those who dont want to use the sink. Please bring your own if you are particular about the water even though we do provide several bottles for use if wanted. You will rinse your coffee cups in the sink and place on the dish dryer strainer provided. The jacuzzi Jet system is powerful and will make noise while its running. This is because it is a very nice jacuzzi with a powerful multi jet system and it works very well! No Motorcycles!! The county road is not paved! yes, there is another rental on the property. You may encounter other guests. The acreage is Exspansive , leaving a lot of room for space and privacy for others .The property is very beautiful out in the wilderness with only a few other homes nearby.
