Welcome to our chic desert home just minutes away from Terra Lago Golf Course with all the comforts of home in the heart of the desert. Whether you are looking to spend all your time out on the greens or lounging in the sun, this is the space for you!

Our spacious home has all the modern amenities you need with a great backyard space and and so many courses right on your doorstep. You will not regret booking this space as for your retreat in the heart of the desert.

Our property has everything you & your family/friends for a relaxing getaway.

Indoors:
The house has a big comfortable living room, family dining area, and a kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and a central island for those great family nights in you'll remember forever.

If needed there is a convenient laundry room for any little mishaps!

The house has room for all the family under one roof. There is a spacious ensuite master bedroom and four additional guest bedrooms all with Queen beds. There is also a great sofa bed in the living room.

Outdoors:
The house comes with a wonderful outdoor area. Relax on the loungers, have a fun game of cornhole, cook up a storm on the BBQ or cool off in the above-ground.

Parking:
For everyone driving in there is ample parking with a two car garage plus a two car driveway.

Community:
This is a really great neighbourhood with lots of walking paths along the lake, a nice playground to tire the kids out, and a small park.

Terra Lago is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow these rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.

PARKING LIMIT: The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.

NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Whoever books the property needs to be staying on the property, you can not book for another party. 3rd party bookings will be ask the leave the property with no refund.

NOISE: Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

OCCUPANCY: If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing. The total number of guests includes children.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property.

LAKE RULES: Fishing, swimming & watercraft usage are prohibited in the lake. Anyone caught swimming in the lake (including pets) will be fined.

PETS: Pets are allowed for a fee however, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.

HOME CARE: Please take care of the property as you would your own. Please do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture, decor etc the way it was originally found. $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.
