Kitchen: White Cabinets w stainless steel appliances. Beautiful vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo. Both bathrooms finished w upgraded tile and vanities w Matte Black finished fixtures. Brand new sectional sofa w a pullout queen sleep sofa.

Please note that the weekend only price is at a much higher per night rate. Owners prefer 7 nights. You have to understand that if the owner rents just the wknd, they will have a difficult time renting the weekdays so they would have to make a wknd rate high enough to take the chance of losing the rest of the week or having to discount the weekdays to get them rented. The more nights you put in the lower the per night rate w a full week showing the lowest.

We will not allow a one night hole in the calendar during peak season from memorial weekend through labor weekend. Keep that in mind when you are inquiring about dates
Other things to note
Linens are available as an OPTIONAL add on. Although comforters and pillows are provided. sheets and towels can be added at a discount thru our cleaning service. Most renters in this area prefer to bring their own linens so we took it out of the rental rate and made it an optional add on. Instructions to add this will come w your check in instructions.

Responsible adults over 25 and families are welcome. Will consider "responsible" under 25. If you’re 25 years or younger then please let us know when you inquire so we can send you something first
