Beautifully updated, three bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.
The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably with 3 additional bar seats nearby. The kitchen, dining room and den are all open space - with plenty of seating room.
The master bedroom is large with queen bed and private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. On the other side of the living area, you will find the first guest bedroom with queen bed, and the final guest bedroom has a lovely set of twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is a shared bathroom.
Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally) and right next to the condo, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. If you are up for recreation, just outside the gates of Harbour Oaks is one of the many parks on the island with dog parks, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and more!

• 1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots.

What to Expect in the condo:
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

St. Simons Island is a beautiful barrier island off the coast of Georgia an hour between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL. A canopy of old Oaks covered in Spanish moss will greet you with true Southern Charm when entering St. Simons . If you are looking for relaxation, beach, tidal pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in our home. Harbor Oaks 324 is located in a quiet neighborhood - centrally located shopping and dining at all the island favorites - award winning BBQ at Southern Soul (featured on the Food Network), and a quick 1 mile ride or walk to the pier or beach access.
A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. If you are interested in renting bikes or a golf cart please reach out - we are happy to help you coordinate with one of our local preferred vendors! The neighborhood is also great for walking so you can easily and safely explore on foot as well!
Please Note: A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be released the day after check out.
