- Please note, access to our home is located about 12 - 15 steps up from the street.

House Rules: Failure to follow these may result in fines.

- No parties in the home or on the property unless approval has been obtained ahead of booking/ reservation.
- No Smoking of any kind within the home (this includes cigarettes, vaping, Marijuana, etc.)
- We currently do not allow pets in our home. Unauthorized pets during a booking will incur a fine.
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Please respect our neighbors - quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM (per Seattle City)
