The space
This spacious condo is a first floor unit nestled in a beautiful complex.

Within the complex, you can find the tennis courts, heated pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse - amenities for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find our stunning dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and stylishly cozy living room.

The living room features a pull out Queen sofa sleeper and a flatscreen smart TV equipped with all streaming services. Right next to the living room is the lovely smoke-friendly balcony. Perfect way to enjoy the nature and warm weather.

The condo sleeps 5, plenty of room for your next group adventure in Scottsdale. The master suite includes a lush Queen bed, a cute TV and futon, along with a lovely en-suite bathroom.

The other bedroom includes two full-sized beds and a TV. The home also includes two Queen sized blow up mattresses. Plenty of space for your entire group.

There are lots of amenities to enjoy on site and the best Scottsdale has to offer less than a 10 minute drive from the unit. Old Town is 5 minutes away, and there is plenty of dining and entertainment options to enjoy. We look forward to hosting you in our modern, chic Old Town condo.
