College Tour

Came a college tour with family. Convenient location. Close drive to everything. Walkable neighborhood. Felt safe. Coffee within walking distance. Grocery was very close. I would stay again.

Needs Deep Cleaning

Couldn't check in on the scheduled time, because of supposed previous people had a party, cleaners didn't get there until several hours after previous people had left. Had we not called at 3:30 to see about going in early we would have not known this was going on. Owners in Peru, caretakers supposedly in Texas. Caretaker was rude, no help,. Owner did refund 300,, but in my opinion if you are going to own a place and VRBO it, then you should at least have a caretaker that is local. The place needed A DEEP CLEANING! The pillows on the beds were DISGUSTING, stuff on walls, missing light bulbs throughout the house, toilet lid in one the bathrooms barely hanging on, not enough towels, washcloths for 8 people, no hand towels, even if you wanted to wash the towels and wash cloths, you couldn't because the washer was missing it's knob, if you sat on the couch or loveseat it felt as if the springs were busted and you felt as if you were going to be on the floor, not enough flatware for 12. The house would be an awesome property to rent, IF it was properly taken care of. Until they bring it up to par, I would highly discourage anyone renting this property! The owners are more than welcome to reach out to me!

Absolutely perfect for a family stay

This was the perfect find for us in so many ways! Location is so convenient for quick, inexpensive Lyft trips to anywhere you want- Ryman, opryland, Belmont, broadway, etc. The host goes out of their way to welcome! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. The rent porch and balcony were perfect for morning coffee in the sunshine, even this time of year. Nice full kitchen with everything you need - plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, even really good Himalayan salt. Thankful for our gathering space! Felt like a home.

Problematic

We had some problems with stuck shower head, unable to turn water off and getting Wi-Fi because the antennae had been dropped behind a credenza. We had difficulty contacting the property manager but once we did the problems were resolved fairly quickly at least within 6 hours. Recommendations: The oven doesn’t work and replace the kitchen faucet . The faucet is ridiculously hard to operate

Everything was exactly as the listing states

Me and my friends came for my sister bachelorette party and the house fit all 12 of us comfortably and there was still room for more . The location was great a short easy Uber ride to downtown and all the locations you could want to go. Denis answered every question and gave great recommendations for restaurants and always answered in a timely matter. We had an amazing time in Nashville and the house was exactly what we expected if we ever come back to Nashville with a big group I would for sure stay here again

Girls weekend celebrating bday

Great place for a big group!

10 of my closest friends and I came to town for NYE and feel so lucky we got to stay here! The house was perfect and the location was hard to beat!! We really were 5 minutes away from just about everything we wanted to do. The owners were SO sweet and accommodating, which made our experience this weekend even better. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm back in town.

Beautiful Rental...Do not hesitate to rent this property!!!

We rented this property in September 2021 for a combined bachelor/bachelorette extended weekend. We had 11 of us total and this place fit our large group very comfortably. The home is just as pictured if not more beautiful in person. It was a quick bus/uber ride from downtown. This is one of the best VRBO rental experiences I have ever had. The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. They even offered suggestions for things to do in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have a large group and are looking for a place close to downtown for a reasonable price, do not hesitate to book this property.

Lovely home in good location close to town. Parked the cars and took Uber the entire time. Plenty of room for our group of 10 with extra space left over for a few more. Had a little trouble with the WiFi going up and down but not a deal breaker.

Fantastic Home Away From Home

Stayed in this beautiful home with 11 friends for a 50th birthday celebration. Had plenty of room to spread out and relax while also enjoying a short Uber ride downtown for some fun. Owner was pleasant, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Check in and out was easy. Overall a great experience and I will definitely check to see if this location is available again next time I'm in town!!!

Fantastic!

This house was absolutely perfect for us! It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but it's literally only a 5+ minute Uber trip to downtown and pretty much most other hotspots. We had a group of 14 women in the house, all from out of town for a bachelorette weekend. There was plenty of sleeping space. In fact, I think we could have easily and comfortably accommodated 4-5 more people. The bedrooms/bathroom layouts were perfect for a lot of people needing to get ready all at the same time. I would highly recommend this place. I would most definitely rent it again, if I have the opportunity to go back to Nashville! Added bonus: The homeowner/contact person for this rental was very nice and very easy to work with as well!

Absolutely stunning!

This property exceeded all of my expectations! It was the PERFECT spot for my group of 16. We all had a place to sleep, spread out our suitcases and enjoy ourselves. I couldn't have imagined a better place, and Dennis made it extraordinary! He always answered me promptly whenever I had a question or concern leading up to our stay, as well as while we were there. The house was a quick uber drive to anywhere we wanted to go downtown, and was decorated beautifully as well!! I would definitely recommend this property and if I ever come to Nashville again with a large group, I will 10000000% stay here again. Just simply fantastic. Thanks again Dennis!

This place was PERFECT for our trip to Nashville. We had 10 people travel for New Years Eve and it was more than enough room for us all. It is a short ride to downtown and ubers are very easy to get. Amazing Rental - 5 Star Experience

This was a perfect place to stay in Nashville. The house is clean, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 16 women. The variety of rooms made for easy sleeping arrangements and we loved how many bathrooms there were as well. The owner provided great customer service, answering my many questions promptly leading up to the visit and was accessible while we were there as well. It is a quick $5/6 Uber ride to Broadway and other downtown attractions. Couldn't say enough about this place - don't hesitate to book!

Beautiful Home!!

We had 16 people fit very comfortably in this gorgeous home! The owner truly made this rental feel like home away from home! Every detail, from the decorating to the mini bottles of shampoo, were there for the renters' benefit. The 4 bathrooms allowed us to have space to get ready for our days and nights spent on Broadway (which was a short Uber ride away!!!). Kevin was more than willing to accommodate us with anything we needed (i.e. early check-in and late check-out). I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Nashville with a group! We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely beautiful home. We had 16 girls fit perfect in this house, no one had to sleep uncomfortably. Tons of bathrooms so no one fighting for space. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Close to the action; great for a large group

I stayed at this property in April 2016 with 12 girls for a bachelorette party. It still smelled like a brand new house, all the fixtures were modern, and we could even connect to the Blue Tooth speaker in the main living area. The house was a quick Uber to downtown. Once, we actually even walked back to the house from Broadway, but I wouldn't recommend this (took about 50 minutes). My only concern, and the reason for 4 stars, is the safety of the area. More than one Uber driver told us not to go out the front door, especially after dark. We happened upon a cop nearby when we were walking back from downtown who also warned us that it was not a good idea to be walking out there. This was the middle of the day, even. I can fathom this neighborhood being sketchy, but also, we had zero issues besides the verbal warnings. The owner was responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful, Cozy Home

We had 10 ladies stay with us for a Bachelorette Party for a weekend and the house was a perfect size! Although, you can definitely fit more than 10 people. The furniture was very nice and modern. The beds were so comfortable and clean! The owner makes sure that everything is okay and offers advice on what to do in Nashville. Overall, the experience was great. The grill was very nice so we could cook out one night. The location was in an "okay" neighborhood but the drive to Broadway Street where all the action happens was a short 10 minute Uber drive. The house felt very safe with the security it provided. Definitely worth the price if you have a large group so you can cook and eat nice meals! I would love to use this house again in the future!

WOW!!!!!!

From A to Z... Kevin was always available .. Via text or email...We ended up getting there a little early and he gave us code to get in. We Felt safe and secure the whole weekend . Forthcoming with any thing we needed, This house is beautiful !! CLEAN!!! There was plenty of room for our 10 girls . Not far from downtown, We will definitely recommend this for Nashville !!!!! 😀😀
