The home accommodates 11 people comfortably, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything in the photos. To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and the front door is accessed by a code and smart lock. The code will be generated automatically the morning of check-in.

The home has a 2-car garage, driveway with space for two cars, and street parking is free and plentiful.
Other Things to Note:
Security cameras are located in front of the property as well as the side gate entrances. There is one camera in the backyard that is used to monitor landscaping and the home in-between stays.
For stays longer than 30 days, please only submit an inquiry and contact us before booking.
GUESTS
For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in) and have your ID verified.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay.
No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement involvement, and you will not be refunded the rest of your stay.
PETS
We love pets, but we do not allow them at the property.
DAMAGE
We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring to the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
SMOKING
Our property is 100% smoke free, in both private and communal areas, including the home itself, and any other areas within the home and the communal property, regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule, we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.
EVENTS & PARTIES
While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints and parties of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Please read the property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations.
SECURITY
This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
VISITORS
We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
