When we arrived to the cabin the doors to the decks were not shut or locked. There were several places where the floor was messed up and had been taped or glued. One of the lights in the living room moved so much that it looked like it was going to fall off of the ceiling. In the fridge, one of the shelves glass was missing. At one point, we called the office to ask for help with a toilet and were told someone would be out in the morning and no one came. Once we called back about it the person said it was never documented that we called. Nails were sticking out where people could get hurt. The beds had things that were sticking you from the mattress. A couple of the beds and futons had been broken and not properly fixed back before we even got there. One of the couches in the living room was broken and could be seen from the back as visibly broken. There were two hot tubs, but only one of them worked. At the time of arrival, there were tons of leaves on the front porch and we ended up seeing one of the cooking pots in the leaves. We did not touch it. This cabin was not what was advertised in the pictures when booking.
