You will have access to the upstairs apartment as well as the garage that you may park in if you'd like. Garage door must be opened from inside the unit, there is no remote provided.
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.

Johnson City does have public transportation and Uber/Lyft rides are always available as well. If you're driving to the downtown area for dining or events, there are four primary public parking lots -- Cherry Street Parking, Tipton Street Parking, Downtown Square Parking, and Founder's Pavilion Parking.
There is another studio apartment that is located below this living space where we could be hosting other guests at the same time. This guest will also have access to the left side of the driveway while you will park on the right side of the driveway or in the garage. There is street parking available as well.
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home.
Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.
We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).
