Cozy cabin stay when you raft the * Nolichucky River *

Summary:
You will love relaxing in this beautiful cabin located in Unicoi County just a few minutes from the Nolichucky River, hiking, and several other outdoor activities that Erwin and Unicoi County is known for! And you will love the spectacular mountain views from the wrap-around porch!

The Space:
The home contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bunk bed to sleep up to eight guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal and the cabin is perfect for families or groups.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage. There are no shared spaces on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood surrounding the cabin is a serene and picturesque setting, nestled in the mountains and aptly named "The Valley Beautiful". It is situated just outside of downtown Erwin. It is in a residential community, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion while still being conveniently located near restaurants and amenities.

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft rides are available if you do not have access to a car. There is driveway parking is available for 2-3 cars, but the garage is not accessible to guests.

Other Things to Note:
There are several stairs to access the main level of the home. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level where you will park with a separate entrance. The kitchen, living room, and two other bedrooms are on the upper level.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.
