✹We provide a STARTER SET of toiletries, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. You may need to bring or purchase additional supplies for longer trips.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. A personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK:

🚫 ANIMALS: We have a no-animal policy due to family allergies. Thank you for understanding.

🚫 OCCUPANCY: 12 humans MAXIMUM at any time. This includes adults, children, teenagers, etc.

🚫 EVENTS/PARTIES: No events or parties OF ANY KIND. Please understand this is NOT a party house. Having over 12 humans or bringing in an animal of any kind is a breach of contract and you'll be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

🚫 ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Absolutely no illegal activities of any kind in the cabin or on the property grounds.

🚫 NO smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs used inside the property. This is a ZERO tolerance rule and you'll be asked to leave immediately without a refund and if you damage the cabin you'll be charged a fine up to $1,000.

🚫 SECURITY: For the safety of our guest and owners, there are exterior cameras facing the road and firepit that record audio and video. Any attempt to tamper with, cover, or disconnect any camera will result in you being asked to leave immediately without a refund and a $250 fine per camera. The cameras are for security purposes and do not face any cabin windows or the hot tub.

🚫 WINTER FRIENDLY CABIN, but we do NOT offer refunds for bad weather. Be prepared for winter weather and bring your groceries, winter boots, and whatever else you may need in case you have to stay indoors.

🚫 FIRES: There are sometimes OPEN FIRE burning bans in the area during periods of dry weather to prevent forest fires. PLEASE pay attention to fire ordinances and do NOT start a fire anywhere on the property including the fire pit during these times.

🚫 BEARS: Do NOT feed the bears or put trash outside of the cabin unless it's placed in our bear-proof trash cans. Keep the DOORS CLOSED to prevent any and all animals from getting to the trash.

🚫 CRITTERS: Remember this is a cabin in the woods, so it's likely you'll see a critter running around. Please keep all windows and doors to the cabin shut at all times to keep them from entering.

🚫 TRAVEL INSURANCE: We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected issues as we will NOT provide refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or any other situations that are outside of our control.
