Not what I expect from a VRBO house, many negative issues
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We had many issues & I will just name a few. We didn't have use of the golf cart for the first 4 days of our stay. They apparently fixed it but nobody notified us as we were told they would. It kept dying & we didn't want to take it to the beach and it die on us with no way to get it back to the house. We had no arm bands to use for the clubhouse, pool, hot tub, or tennis courts for the first 4 days of our 7 day stay. We were supposed to get them on the second day of our stay but someone dropped the ball on that. The ice maker was broken & was never fixed. The coffee pot was cracked & never replaced. There were no hangers for our clothes. We were told these things would be fixed but never were. We had to buy ice, instant coffee, & hangers. The cost wasn't that much but was very inconvenient & unnecessary. When Sarah was in town, she responded but she left town for 2 or 3 days & the people she left in charge never did anything for us.I feel we deserve a partial refund for at least not having the golf cart & arm bands. These are 2 very important items that we needed & expected. There was also supposed to be a hot at the house but it had been removed with nothing but the wires left. We saw 5 or 6 roaches & the exterminator was supposed to come but never did to my knowledge. The trash cans were full & hadn't been emptied. we were told to put the cans out & there would be a special pickup but that didn't happen either. We were very disappointed & had never had these kinds of issues at a VRBO rental before. We have been using VRBO for several years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. There are other issues but time & space won't allow me to talk about them. These are the most important ones. The house was nice but the trip could have been so much more enjoyable for us had we have had all that we were told we would have. Sarah was checking on a partial refund for us but I have not heard anything about that yet either. I am not usually one to complain.
