The cottage works great as either a 2BD vacation home for a family, or use the second bedroom as a home office and work from a tropical paradise! Lightning fast wifi is offered throughout the property.

Just minutes away from SRQ airport (but thankfully out of flight path so no noise!), USF Sarasota campus, New College of Florida, the Ringling Museum and School of Design, Historic Asolo Theater, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Downtown Sarasota with its multitude of dining destinations, designer boutiques at St. Armand's Circle, and of course the sugary Gulf beaches at Lido Key and Siesta Key.

Sapphire Shores is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Sarasota, and the cottage is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. Sarasota Bay is literally across the street, and both Sapphire Shores Park & Indian Beach Park are just a short hop away.
