Bedrooms: The first main floor bedroom features a queen bed, and the second main floor bedroom features a king bed; both are attached to an updated, modern bathroom with a tub shower. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two twin XL mattresses. Every room is complete with TVs and sound machines. There is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

There are exterior security cameras at the property's front and back. Guests may not tamper with, cover, or unplug these devices.
If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
There will be some interstate noise as the interstate runs directly behind the house. Sound machines are in each room for nighttime. The interior is well insulated against noise, but you will hear it on the back porch.

A maximum of two pets are allowed with a fee of $75 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive written permission from management and pay additional pet fees.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.

• Noise Monitors: For added peace and quiet, our home is equipped with noise monitors to minimize noise disruptions. These monitors are not capable of recording sounds or conversations, they simple monitor the decibel level of the noise.
