This listing is for 2 side-by-side 4 bedroom condos. You enter the building and walk up 1 flight of stairs to access both units. Unit 3 is on the left and Unit 4 is on the right. You enter the condos in the open concept living area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room includes a sofa which pulls out to a queen-sized sofa bed, side chair, smart television, and electric fireplace for a cozy, homey feel. Off of the living room in a spacious, private patio. Both dining spaces include a dining table with space for 6. The kitchens have additional seating for 4 at the island. The kitchens are fully equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs, including pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster, mixing bowls, utensils, spice rack, and olive oil. We also provide a Keurig Duo so you have your choice of drip or K-cup coffee. We provide a starter amount of coffee, K-cups, tea, cream, and sugar.
