The main floor hosts a spacious master suite with a queen bed, a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, a separate lavatory, a television, and plenty of closet space.

Located in a small quiet neighborhood of nicer newer homes on the east side of Rockaway Beach, approx. 8 short blocks to beach. City Park & library within several blocks.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed. Upstairs, the large third bedroom includes a queen bed, and the loft features a queen futon and a single child futon sleeper.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a large island with seating. The dining area is spacious, perfect for family meals. The main floor has tile and hardwood floors.

Step outside to the covered patio area with stamped concrete and a dual-sided fireplace. You can access it from the kitchen and the outdoor picnic table. It’s a great spot to relax by the fire! The home includes a washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor speakers, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a DVD player.

You are just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is ample parking available for several cars and a boat. Enjoy cooking on the new Weber gas BBQ, having fun around the fire pit, or playing games with the DVDs provided.

If you love fishing, hiking, or biking, this is a great place for you! Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, dining at the picnic table, and relaxing by the fireplace with new patio furniture. We love having furry friends around, so here are a few pet guidelines to ensure everyone has a great time:

- We take regular "potty" breaks to avoid any little accidents.
- Let’s keep our furniture pet-free.
- And most importantly, we’d love for your pets to join you everywhere—just don’t leave them unattended!
