☀ Kid-friendly: We do not offer any other baby gear on site. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ This home is in the flight path. Guests can expect to hear sounds from airplane travel.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the home. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 14 people.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.

3) Quiet hours 9pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

As advertised - luxurious and breathtaking

Our family really enjoyed our stay here and there was plenty of room for 4 families (you’ll fight over the primary bedroom though). This place is kid friendly and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished and there’s a Blackstone grill outside. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Location was great and being near the airport wasn’t noticeable in the evening or at night, especially with the windows closed. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great family home in Point Loma

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this new home in the Point Loma area. We used the pool, outdoor dining room, grill area and gourmet kitchen. The home was well appointed and located on a quiet cul-de-sac; near to the new Liberty Station area and Trader Joe’s. Anyone booking a home in central SD should be aware of the airport noise, and this homeowner was thoughtful about the white noise machines in each bedroom, which was extremely helpful. It’s a beautiful home, with every modern gadget you can envision, and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Southern California.
