The Space:
Welcome to The Beach Nut! This newly built home offers everything you need to escape everyday life and enjoy beach living.

The community is located minutes from the beach and local attractions! Enjoy an Astroturf lawn, cornhole, a private pool, and a rooftop deck!

Inside the home, you will find a spacious living room with cozy couches and a large smart TV with cable and streaming services. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oversized pantry, is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table, which can accommodate up to 8 people, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. A duo coffee maker is provided.

You can access the private pool from the back door right off the kitchen. There is a half bath and twin bed available on the first floor.

On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as the washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king-sized bed, and a large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, a twin daybed with a trundle, and a dividing wall separating the beds. This room also has an ensuite bathroom. The hallway bathroom on the second floor is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Outside you have a private pool with lawn chairs to lounge in the sun. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off before entering the home after a long beach day.

Competitors who love cornhole can enjoy playing the game, as it is provided as one of the top amenities.

Don't forget to inquire with management about a high chair and playpen! These items are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis!

BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool!

Please note that NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site.

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
