Guest Access:
Casa Bugambilias is located on Av 11, between Calle 30 and Calle 32. If you search for it on Google Maps, it may lead to the wrong direction, so we will provide you with the correct address and instructions.

Upon arrival at Casa Bugambilias, guests are required to contact our hostess, who will provide you with the keys and welcome you. We will provide you with her contact number one day in advance.

Our property offers 8 parking spaces.

Getting Around:
The journey from Chetumal International Airport to the property is approximately 45 minutes.

We recommend arriving at the property by car. We suggest:
-Taking a taxi from the airport.
-Using ride-sharing apps.
-Renting a car from one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
Parties not allowed on the property.
No additional guests or visitors allowed within the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors: If staff detects cigarette odor, burns on furnishings, or cigarette butts on the floor, a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN will be charged for cleaning and deodorizing the property.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
