Nestled amidst the swaying palm trees and just a stone's throw away from the serene shores of the Atlantic, my place is your gateway to a laid-back Florida escape. Your days here can be as relaxing or as adventurous as you like. Start with a morning with a glorious sunrise, and if you're lucky, you might even spot some rabbits. For those seeking adventure, the nearby Turkey Creek Sanctuary offers fantastic kayaking and wildlife watching.

The property is a true gem, offering a charming and comfortable escape in the heart of Palm Bay. The house boasts a cozy, coastal-inspired interior, with spacious living areas, an open kitchen, and a serene backyard that's perfect for lounging. With tastefully appointed decor and a keen attention to detail, I've created an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are designed with your comfort in mind, offering plush beds and ample storage space to ensure a restful night's sleep. You'll find the entire space clean, well-maintained, and filled with all the essentials you need for a stress-free stay. Whether you're here for a quick weekend getaway or a more extended retreat, my place is the perfect home base to enjoy all that Palm Bay has to offer.
Guests have access to the entire home, including 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large living areas, a kitchen, a dining room, a large covered screened patio, and a pool and large backyard area.
We provide: Dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, bakeware, flatware, glassware, all bedding, linens, pillows, towels.
Home has Smart TVs, in Main bedroom, Living Rooms, Family Room, and Bedroom 2,
Outdoor Fun: Beach/Pool towels and charcoal grill
Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, broom and dustpan, vacuum, toiletries in limited quantities
Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer.
Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, or for longer stays, please purchase separately.

The Sanctuary Cove can accomodate a MAXIMUM of 8 guests overnight comfortably.
Intimate family gatherings and quiet dinners are welcomed at no charge. 12 people or less INCLUDING confirmed guests and children 2-12 years are permitted during gatherings.
1 gathering per guest stay!
No more than 4 cars parked on property per guest stay. Please do not park across the street, on neighbor's lawns or block driveways!
$500 fee will be assessed if guest is found in violation of these terms.
SMOKING:
Permitted outdoors ONLY, PLEASE DISCARD CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in: $25/hour
LATE checkout: $50/hour.
Please request in advance so that we may make necessary arrangements if possible!
Checkout time is promptly at 10am. Late fee of $50 will be charged after 10:15 am and every subsequent hour thereafter.
TRASH DAYS
-Trash Days are: MONDAYS and THURSDAYS
Recycling: Wednesdays! PLEASE ALWAYS LEAVE TRASH BINS BY THE CURB UPON CHECK-OUT.
BOOKING ALTERATION REQUESTS:
One courtesy change can be made to an existing reservation. For any subsequent changes thereafter, a $50 fee will apply.
Changes 24 hours or less from checkout time, will automatically incur $50 fee.
PETS:
Four legged friends welcome with $100 pet fee!
$100 Pet fee covers:
2 pets up to 25 to 40 lbs.
Pets over 40lbs+ are considered Large pets and are $150/trip. Maximum 1 Large Pet at one time allowed at the property
Pet owner responsibilities:

Owners and representatives entering property:
Occasionally, the Owner or designated representatives (Housekeeper or repair person) my need to enter property at any reasonable time for inspections, maintenance or repair with advance notice on guest cell phone or platform messaging.
Pest Control, Landscape and Pool maintenance personnel may enter grounds of property through side gates any time without prior notice.
