Welcome to your new favorite HHI vacation rental! This beautifully outfitted, fully renovated two bedroom, two bathroom flat is the perfect respite for your family and your caninie companion.

With thoughtful upgrades throughout, including LVP and tile flooring in the common areas, Smart TVs and comfortable furnishings, the villa is sure to please. The living area features a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and a wet bar with wine fridge.

The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Past the dining area, you'll find the the spacious kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and plenty of cabinet space.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This room also has access to the private covered deck area overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 1 dog; 35 pounds. Please call Sunset Rentals directly to pay the pet fee.

Evian is one of the most scenic settings in Shipyard HHI and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
