Whether you're coming to enjoy the nearby national parks, Shakespeare Festival just or explore the area's awesome year-round recreation offerings, this charming newly built townhome provides pampered comfort for your home base.
Cedar City, gateway to the great canyons, is a short 19 miles from Zion National Park’s stunning Kolob Canyon. World famous Kanarra Falls is 17 miles away. It's only 38 miles to Cedar Breaks National Monument, 90 miles to Bryce Canyon and the main entrance to Zion National Park is 55 miles away: making this the perfect home base while exploring the epic national parks nearby.
New pickleball courts with drop in play are 5 minutes away in the lovely new Bicentennial Park. Our favorite new addition is Lake at the Hills. It features fishing, a roped off swimming area, water slide, a sandy beach, restrooms, covered pavilions and is just 2 mile away. Cedar City cools in the evenings with warm summer days.
The Shakespeare Festival, located right in Cedar City, runs mid June - October with amazing stage plays almost nightly.
Features: Your cozy townhome has a two-car garage and keyless entrance. It sleeps 8-10. The primary suite features one king bed, a desk, an in room private bath and walk in closed. Each of the other two bedrooms feature two twin beds. The twin beds are lightweight and can easily be pushed together to make a split king bed. There are also two self-inflating twin air mattresses and a large sectional for additional sleeping along with enough bedding to go around. There is a portable crib and bedding in the primary suite closet should you need it. There is a paved walking trail right behind the town home. Your townhome is close to city center and conveniently located near restaurants, I-15 Freeway, and grocery stores!
High speed internet, a large television, well stocked kitchen, grass field, playground and pavilion at the townhome will make you time between adventures relaxing, fun filled and so easy.

We love this new area in Cedar City. it's just around the corner from the historic downtown Cedar City with shopping and restaurants. Located close to everything, yet it's just around the hill, so its peaceful with beautiful scenery in every direction. There's a paved exercise trail right across the street and behind the townhome that goes on for miles. New drop in pickleball courts are 5 minutes away in the lovely new Bicentennial Park. Our favorite new addition is Lake at the Hills. It features fishing, a roped off swimming area, water slide, a sandy beach, restrooms, covered pavilions and is just 2 mile away. Cedar City is cool in the hot summer evenings with beautiful warm summer days.
