Individually each home is entirely private, separate and secure from the other - each has its own pools, complete amenities, and shares nothing with the other home. But rented together, the properties (Nimbu West & Nimbu East) can be joined to form a spectacular compound for larger groups of up to 20 guests. The design of the home, its grounds, its amenities – the Nimbu experience – is stunning. The moment you enter through the keypad-gated street entrance in the quiet neighborhood of Playa Langosta, you are presented with a marvel. The ground floor and surrounding grounds provide a completely private resort environment: gorgeous interconnected infinity pools, integrated lounge and exercise space, and lush new landscape architecture. All contained within an entirely secure and private perimeter. The flow, materials, amenities and experience are immediately seductive and tranquil. Walking upstairs to the main living level is an experience in itself: up a gradual teak ramp elevated above the sparkling shallow pool below. Emerging upstairs in open but covered air, you are enveloped – floor to vaulted ceiling – in expansive and meticulous teak. This is the main indoor/outdoor lounge and dining area. It is the home’s center that joins the surrounding main bedrooms, indoor/outdoor kitchen, and upstairs entertainment spaces. Detail, quality, and design are fundamental to Nimbu. Impeccable lighting, A/V, technology, custom furniture throughout, luxurious linens, craftsmanship and materials – altogether form a seamlessly extraordinary and high-end environment. The indoor and outdoor living spaces on the second floor all look over the pools and grounds below, fluidly interconnecting your group’s social or individual activities. The main indoor kitchen and living area can be fully opened across the thirty foot span of floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Whether closed and climate-controlled, or open to the teak-covered indoor/outdoor dining and lounge space – the kitchen and integrated living space are fully appointed. Cooking or being cooked for, groups can enjoy movies and sports on the 75” flatscreen connected to surround Sonos and fiber internet. Integrated in this flexible and grand indoor/outdoor environment, a high-end outdoor covered gas grill (with additional sink, counter and storage space) support wonderful group meals and shared time. Two of the five guest rooms connect on this kitchen side while two more (including master and guest / office) connect across the center deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms throughout are beautiful, comfortable, and fully appointed. The expansive master bedroom and its spa-grade shower & bath room have to be experienced to fully appreciate. Large custom built-in furniture, outdoor balconies, luxurious beds and linens, and spectacular interior design – the bedrooms will impress and comfort. Detached and fully appointed, the casita (fifth bedroom) is tucked privately off the pool area below: King bed, equipped second kitchen, private dining / living space, fiber internet, flatscreen smart tv, and sectional. Nimbu's casita offers extra privacy and independence for guests who desire it. Visiting Nimbu is magical. The design, accommodation, and service are exemplary and wholistic. Whether taking Nimbu West for a group up to 10, or adding and joining Nimbu East for groups up to 20, guests are offered a full spectrum of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. From diverse lounge spaces throughout, to the beautifully integrated pools, gym and landscape, your stay is as intimate or social, as meditative or active - as you wish. 8 beds in 5 bedrooms --------------------------- 3 of the 5 bedrooms have additional (to their kings) queen beds in sleep lofts above their main space. These lofts are accessed up their own fixed and built-in ladder in each bedroom (see image #18). All three lofts have identical setups. These additional queens, and their linens, are of the same luxury quality and new condition as the bedroom kings. Nimbu West & Nimbu East --------------------------------- The complete Nimbu compound consists of two identical properties and homes (Nimbu West & Nimbu East) that are adjacent – but entirely independent, private, and secure from the other. Each has its own complete (and identical) environment and amenities: pools, grounds, bedrooms, lounges, kitchens – no amenities are shared between the separate homes. But for larger groups (up to 20 sleeping guests) and special occasions, both properties can be rented together and joined to form a sprawling and spectacular compound. The homes are separated and privately secured by a 10 foot tall wall between their individual property lines. When joined into a compound, the secure wall is unlocked and opened by staff across its 30 foot span. The Area ------------ Nimbu is a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 3 minute drive to Tamarindo, and 40 miles from LIR airport. The Nimbu property is in the quiet and highly desirable neighborhood of Langosta – at the edge of the 1,100 acre nationally protected Las Baulas National Marine Park. Langosta supermarket (a smaller neighborhood market) is a block from the home and very well-stocked for its size. There are some truly great restaurants in Tamarindo, and a few examples are even closer and a short comfortable walk from the home. Beyond food, Tamarindo is a lively surf town with beautiful beachfront dining, famous surf, and abundant nightlife. Nimbu has a long term dedicated staff whose sole job is all things Nimbu. In addition to the staff and their daily focus on housekeeping, maintenance and guest comfort – Nimbu has dedicated management and concierge services for all guests.
