This is a private pool home with a split floor plan. One bedroom has a private master bath. The secondary bedroom has 2 entrances one to the bedroom the other out the the kitchen dining area. There is also a pull out bed in the living room sofa. The lot next door and across the street is vacant so this place offers a great amount of privacy. The pool is large and has a deep end that is over 6' and the shallow end is about 3 feet. Pool has 2 swim out areas. Pool and pool deck is also fully caged to minimize bug intrusions but still gets the tranquil feeling of being in nature. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, silverware, plates, cups knife block set and cutting boards. Living room has a smart TV with sound bar and a sleeper sofa. Lanai/ Florida room is equipped with a 4 top table and its own ac unit. House also has a 1 car garage. And a separate laundry space with washer and dryer. There is also a tortoise nest in the front yard her name is phoebe and she may also make an appearance!
