NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated, and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.

NO PETS-Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.

NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee

Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.

For all gaming equipment, If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.

No street parking allowed.
Driveway can fit only 2 vehicles

We charge a cleaning fee of $40 to use the grill. It can be paid prior or after your reservation. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.

$20 for every damaged/ missing towel
$50 a day for heating of the pool

Do NOT touch the pool equipment/machinery at the side of the house, otherwise you will get a $100 fine.

All items in the home including decorations to devices are not to be removed from the premises
