*This unit is on the third floor. You must be comfortable with two flights of stairs.
*Please be respectful of your neighbors. This unit has an adjoining unit so you may hear some sounds. It is the last floor in the complex so it’s quiet as there is no one above you.
*Need more space? The adjoining unit is a one bed one bath studio. Please reach out and we would be happy to check availability for you.
*No pets allowed
*No parties or loud noise allowed
*Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. There will be an additional $500 charge to deodorize the condo.
*Pool is seasonal ONLY and will be open sometime end May to early September.
*There will be a charge for missing remotes and other items.
*Accidents happen so please let us know so we can replace it and have the condo ready for the next guest.
