Excellent Property

My wife, dog and I stayed for three weeks, and it wasn’t long enough as we thoroughly enjoyed our time. This house is clean, cozy and spacious. The furniture is very comfortable and the open concept makes it a joy to stay. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. Two spacious bedrooms and an updated bathroom. The back yard is excellent. It has a smaller fenced area for dogs and some nice outdoor furniture for relaxing outdoors. Outside the small fenced area is a large yard. There is also a great outdoor table and chairs in a covered gazebo. Downtown Inverness and miles of cycling/walking trails are just a few minutes away. Dave is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here. The home was very cozy and we appreciated the attention to detail. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency our trip was cut short, but we look forward to coming back and staying again.

Great place to stay with family!

My family and I stayed at this home during our transition from moving from Texas to Florida, and we enjoyed our stay so much! The house was clean and well accommodated - our hosts provided us with everything we needed for our month stay and we were so thankful. We were right in town and down the road from everything we needed entertainment and business wise. We definitely recommend for anyone vacationing or even moving to Florida for a peaceful area to spend your time. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!

Beautiful wooded lot with no neighbors on either side. The home has a quaint patio out back, and an amazing furnished covered gazebo. The home is fully furnished, is equipped with a washer and dryer, has smart TV's, free Internet, tile floors throughout, and an attached one car garage. Enjoy your stay.
