Great experience

My husband and I stayed for 10 days and would do it again. We were able to both work from home as well. There was a lot to do within walking distance. We would stay again!

Enjoyable Stay in Tampa

The unit was very clean and tidy and had a nice overall feel. It felt safe due to the controlled garage access & concierge. We had a problem with the hair dryer and it was promptly replaced. Improvements would be better sleeping pillows, more than one kitchen towel, nicer bathroom towels, more than one pool towel, at least one baking sheet, and a full size ironing board. The check in/out process is cumbersome and requires use of 15 min temp parking (which was always full) in order to go up to unit to retrieve and return fob for unit and parking credentials for access garage.

Great location and space!

Great location and I loved that it came with a parking pass for the garage. Close to everything in town including the riverwalk and even Bayshore Blvd. Would stay here again!

Awesome stay, location, weather!

The condo unit was clean and spacious. I felt that the building was secure and the staff was friendly. The unit was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, blankets, towels, pillows, soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. The rooftop lounge had excellent views of the city and surrounding area. The pool area was clean and faced the south for maximum aunlight exposure. The place was in the downtown area and wiyhin walking distance to many restaurants, venues, and the river walk. Due to the location being downtown, the traffic noise is high, especially when the sirens and the cars with loud exhausts drive by. Thats the price you pay for the conveinient location. Overall, I would stay here again. All the tennants appeared to be young (20s to 30s) professionals. I saw no little children or older adults. Depite this, it is not a party atmosphere and everyone is respectful of each other.

City life

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend here. We were able to walk to food, Curtis Hixon park, and the Straz Center, which is why we were in town. Communication was excellent with host and they responded right away with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!
