The Space:
This home features 2 bedrooms, each furnished with plush bedding for a restful night's sleep and 2 bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. There is a spacious living area for unwinding after a day of beachside adventures. The home offers a fully-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. In the living room, there is a Roku TV for entertainment, offering access to a variety of streaming services.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building. Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is between 4PM-5PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
