The villa offers 3 exclusive, individually furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool bathroom for your comfort. The master suite has a king-size bed, as does the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The master bathroom features a feel-good shower, a comfortable bathtub and a toilet. The 2 further bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. Integrated into the large living room is a modern kitchen with white granite and bar seating and a spacious dining area. Premium appliances and kitchen accessories invite you to create a gourmet dinner.

The outdoor area is a real highlight. This is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and exotic plants. You have a wonderful view of the wide canal and Cape Coral's unique sunsets. A path takes you to your boat dock. The well-kept dock with additional, comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to linger. As you sit outside with a cocktail of your choice, you may be lucky enough to be visited by manatees and dolphins enjoying the waters of the canal. The lanai and pool area is fenced with a pool screen. The south-facing, electrically heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. With 2 daybeds outside, directly in the pool area, pure relaxation is guaranteed. As if that wasn't enough, the spacious outdoor area is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, smart TV, lounge and 4 pool loungers.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
