Our three-story retreat offers a full nature retreat complete with a hot tub, game room, pool table, inviting fireplace, outdoor firepit and the quiet of the surrounding woods.

For a small charge per person, the Big Bass Lake community extends exclusive amenities including swimming pools, sport courts, a recreation center, fitness center, restaurant, sledding hills and more, ensuring your stay is nothing short of amazing. Known for our fishing, swimming, boating, and kayaking, Big Bass Lake is the ultimate destination for nature and water enthusiasts alike. We hope to see ya soon!

Fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking essentials. The home includes all linens/towels, washer/dryer, heating, hairdryer, iron/board, and basic supplies for convenience.

Pets & Parking:

Accommodations include a dog bed and bowls for your furry friends. Ample free driveway parking is available (6 vehicles capacity).

After booking your reservation, please provide us with the following details for your stay. This rental application form is submitted to the HOA on your behalf to permit all guests through the security gate.

If changes are needed in the form after it was submitted to the HOA rental office, there is an additional $15 fee. If changes are needed within 3 days of the reservation, the fee is $50.

Please note that Driver’s Licenses and Vehicle Plate Numbers must be shown at the gate upon arrival.

No street parking is permitted during your stay. Up to 6 cars may park in our driveway.

**IMPORTANT**
Only the guests that are registered and listed in the reservation will be able to access the home and enter the main gate of the community. Please be advised to make sure all guests are accounted for. The maximum occupancy of our home is 9 adults per HOA rules. Children 3 and younger do not count towards the adult occupancy limit, allowing for a maximum total of 12 people.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. The fine for smoking indoors is $300. If you smoke outside, please properly dispose of any cigarette butts.

Any fees associated with having to drain, clean, or refill the hot tub as a result of improper use and not following hot tub safety rules will be the responsibility of the guest.
