GUEST ACCESS
Please note that guests should be prepared to use the stairs regularly. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home including the front porch. The guests will utilize a self-check-in process to access both parking and the entirety of the home.

OTHER FEES MAY APPLY:
1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing.
2. Exceeding occupancy stated in the rules, above, will incur a $50 charge per person, per night.
3. The property being used as instructed has never exceeded 3 hours of housekeeping. If the housekeepers spend more than 3 hours at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee at $100/ hour.
