Quaint oceanfront condo for your romantic getaway or small family retreat!

1370 Pelican Watch is located within the gated community of Seabrook Island. Enjoy the array of luxury amenities Seabrook Island has to offer including 2 saltwater pools, a fitness center, 15 tennis courts, an equestrian center, and 2 world-renowned golf courses.

This second floor condo features direct beach access and an oceanfront balcony. Take in stunning low-country views and picturesque sunsets from your private back porch. The open living space includes a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, comfortable seating, and a stacked washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a second full bath off the entry hall. Additional sleeping available on the queen sized sleeper sofa.

Amenity cards give you access to Seabrook Island Club and The Lake House amenities, where you will find various pools, activities, golf, and dining options. Amenity cards are the responsibility of the guest to acquire, but we do provide guidance. Seabrook Island is a cashless environment. Fees apply for certain amenity use, such as the fitness center and indoor pools. The Club is located is just a short walk away. Freshfields town area is only 3 miles away with boutique shops, up-scale restaurants, and seasonal events. Historic downtown Charleston is approximately an hour drive away.

Things to know: Two gate passes are allowed and cost $45/ Vehicle. This must be paid prior to your arrival and parking passes are to be picked up during the check-in process. Amenity cards granting access to club facilities are required. Additional fees apply for dining options, fitness center, golf courses, the racquet club, and other areas.

The condo and island were beautiful. Every need was met by the well stocked kitchen, roomy living area, etc. The bed could use a new set of sheets. But everything else was great. The beach club was lovely and within easy walking distance.

I appreciate how the unit kitchen design, and that the whole layout really, let the view be the focal point. I also liked the art ,and the photographs were exceptional. I would say that some of the furniture is shabby (Pieces of the desk chair were literally falling off.) But overall the basics were there, and everything was fine.

Exceeded high expectations- outstanding
As you walk in the door you are blown away by a spectacular view over the beach and water and a wonderful apartment. It is even more beautiful than the photos and very well equipped and very comfortable. The furnishings and bedding are high quality and the kitchen has everything you could need. The terrace is lovely. We liked it so much we extended and will definitely be back next year.

We had been to Seabrook Island for Christmas in 2019. We rented a nice place a few blocks off the beach. Relatives stayed at Pelican watch in a similar 2nd floor unit. When we learned of the date for the wedding , we immediately booked our condo at Pelican watch. We were not disappointed! The condo is as shown and as expected in terms of size (although, Master bedroom was larger than expected). The view is something that makes you want to move. From sunsets to shrimp boats to deer eating right in front and dolphins swimming just off shore. We would rent this unit again if available on future trips.

Great location, property could use some improvement
The property is in a wonderful location. When we arrived it was clean and ready for us to occupy. Some minor things need to be fixed. 1. the front door latch is loose, 2. the shower faucet in the master shower is extremely difficult to operate and 3. the wifi/internet was painfully slow at times. Would we stay here again - yes.

Great setting with beautiful sunsets . Only noise was the wind . WIFI was spotty. Outside entrance to villa was dirty and the number of steps was an issue for us because of our age. Overall cleanliness was good but utility closet was dirty.

The view was great. But the Hvac was a problem
The thermostat kept going back to 80 degrees after being manually set to 68. This caused the unit to get really hit overnight. We had to get up abs reset the thermostat a couple times each night to be comfortable.

Awesome deck overlooking the beach. Short walk to beach. Three flights of steps for unit and beach access in case you have trouble with stairs. Furnishings were very contemporary, not too comfortable, but just our opinion. Well maintained and equipped rental.

Th Villa was perfectly situated on Seabrooke close to beach and pools. The Villa was “surface cleaned” but needed a good scrubbing… floors were sandy, base boards nicked and need painting, kitchen cupboards were greasy as well as the fan … We did have trouble with the dryer and management came the next day problem solved quickly. The living room rug was dirty and loaded with sand again management came and cleaned it. This Villa has potential but needs work …
