Our bright and spacious 2nd level , 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (sleeps 4)in Eagles Landing is perfect for couples, friends, or a family. Enjoy the night air on one of the two balconies! Relax endlessly on the super comfy leather sectional. Sleep like a baby on the vintage queen platform bed. Enjoy the retro styled interior !
Located a 10 minute bike ride /5-minute drive / 20 min walk from the beach. There is plenty of space to secure your bikes outside at the property. If you don't like the sand, the community offers 3 pools.

The unit features a full kitchen, living room, dining room (seats 4)at the table and counter, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable/wi-fi.
Downtown restaurants, outlet shopping, & boardwalk are all within 2 miles. Walk to Big Fish Grill in 5 mins for some food and 🍹!
The three pools are available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The community may extend this, but that cannot be guaranteed.
There is a designated parking space for the unit along with visitor spaces .

- A lease must be signed and a copy of an ID submitted prior to access being granted to the property (a door code being given )
- Must be at least 25years old to book
*Note No animals of any kind are allowed ( aside from ADA certified animals ) This property strives to be allergy free to accommodate guests that may be highly allergic to pet hair and dander.
-Hanging clothing items on exterior balconies is prohibited

Trash can is located in the lowest cabinet on the right when you enter the kitchen
A broom and dust pan are located in the laundry room for guest convenience
Please make sure the property is secure during your stay ie when vacating ensure sliding doors and front door are shut and locked
***Checking out instructions:***
*Please ensure all trash is placed in trash can. If at anytime the trash can is full please empty the can in the dumpster located across from the front of the building
*Please wash all dirty dishes and place return them to their original space
* ensure no personal items are left in the closets / drawers or refrigerator
* Turn off all lights / Shut and lock all sliding doors and front door
