Willkommen in Phoenix II im wunderschönen Orange Beach, Alabama! Diese Wohnung ist wunderschön und gut ausgestattet, damit Sie den Strandurlaub Ihrer Träume genießen können! Der Komplex ist fantastisch, da die Phoenix-Immobilien das Beste vom Besten bieten. Von den Trainingseinrichtungen bis zu den fantastischen Innen- und Außenpools ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Herzen von Orange Beach, in der Nähe aller lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und viel Spaß in der Sonne! Bis bald!!

Reservierungen, die vor dem 1. Oktober für die Wintersaison (Januar und Februar) getätigt wurden, erfordern einen Mindestaufenthalt von 60 Tagen (zwei Monaten). Best Beach Vacation Ever!

Condo was extremely comfortable. We had perfect weather minus the few rain showers in the evening. I would definately recommend this location to anyone wanting to experience a laid back vacation with easy access to everything.

Fantastic Accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Phoenix II 2143. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfect for our family of four. The Phoenix II building is somewhat dated but still well kept and perfectly situated on a beautiful beach. The only drawback was the video gaming room did not offer much in the way of video games, but who goes to the beach to play video games? Overall, we loved it. Thank you for a great vacation!

Comfy Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is as described, maybe even more homey and comfortable. The owners have kindly left plenty of beach toys that our little ones just loved. We did have to move some of the breakables to a higher shelf (between two couples we have a one year old and a nine month old!), but it was not a problem. Our one year old actually took his first steps so it was a very special trip for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Summer Beach Trip

We had a great time, but were disappointed the welcome packet was not in the room and the microwave was broken. Maintenance did come by and said a new one would need to be ordered. Other than that we had everything we needed.

This place is a no go during the summer

The condo had a musty smell the whole time we were there. The A/C is on motion sensor so if you are asleep at night it will revert back to 75 degrees. It will also revert back if the front and rear door is left open. The pillows were nasty. The screen doors screen was broken but you couldn’t use it because of the sensor. You can’t smoke or hang towels from balcony. There is no one at the front desk you have to go to the buildings on either side. You have to pay for parking. $55 dollars to park for a few days.

Great View,

The view from the Condo was great. It felt semi-homey. It was clean but a few things should get more attention. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've slept in and gave my back issues. I don't expect a Tempur-Pedic like I have at home but it felt like I was sleeping on a $100 mattress. The dishes were basic and pieced together, not even uniform in their look. The toilet paper provided was single ply John Wayne grit paper. The master bathroom shower would drain very very slow. By the time we would finish a shower, we would be standing in a couple inches of dirty water. On the plus side, the shower head had amazing pressure.

Condo is decorated very nice and generally clean, however living room furniture is very dirty with body oils and sunscreens. Furniture is very low. Ceilings around the fans very covered with dust bunnies.

Location is great

The furniture needs to be upgraded badly, very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The couch is hard as a rock. The patio chairs are very narrow and very uncomfortable. The coffee pot is very small - 5 or 6 ounces. There should be a full size coffee pot. Everything else was great.

Very nice condo

The view was great. The kitchen had a good assortment of utensils. the repair crew came promptly when called. The area was very clean. the pool and cookout area was well maintained. TV in every room, but never worked in the 2nd bedroom even after repairman came. The front doorbell didn't work. The Bedspread in the 2nd bedroom needed to be washed.

Condo looks good but smells

The condo was as pictured as best as possible but had HORRIBLE mold smell. It makes me worried what my family may have been exposed too. The spare couch pillow was moldy and the couch smells of mold so bad we couldn’t us it, Appears clean but was not truly clean food under couch and hair throughout.

Great location, clean condo

Our family of four had a lovely vacation at OB in Phoenix II 2143. Condo was clean and had a beautiful view. Loved being on the 14th floor! Early morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony made our day. We also saw dolphins every day! Our family loved playing in the warm gulf waters and enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool too. The decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed too. The only complaints I have are that the living room furniture was a bit worn out and not very comfy. Also, the rug slid. We have a rambunctious climbing toddler, so that may matter more to us than other people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Location is great. The condo needs a thorough cleaning ! Dusting the living room would also help. The furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced, it is very dirty and stained. The condo has a bad smell that is very strong!! The kitchen could use a better variety of cooking pots/pans and new cooking utensils as some of them are missing handles. A few of the glasses from the cabinet looked as though they had not been washed properly. I was disappointed in the condition of the condo, but the view was great.

Mold everywhere

We have stayed in OB for the last 15 years on the 4th and have never stayed in a place so disgusting. Upon arriving at the condo there was an inch of dust on everything. We called housekeeping and they came the next morning and dusted and vacuumed but the entire condo needed a deep Clean but they did the bare minimum and left us with the furniture in the living room being dirty and had mold on the cloth chairs. There was mold all over the decorative pillows along with stains from water, and God knows what else the cloth shower curtain was full of mold, and the entire place smelt like musty old wood. We didn’t even want to use any of the dishes because as soon as you open the cabinets, it stunk like wet wood. My youngest child has asthma and it was acting up so bad we tried to find another place to stay but being the 4th of July everyone was booked. The rental company did nothing to accommodate this situation and pretty much said so sorry.

Pics of property are made to make the property look bigger than it is. The property is a lot smaller than it looks in the pics. Toilet in master bedroom ran non stop! Very annoying! Kept waking us up every night. Furniture in condo very uncomfortable. Hot water barley lasted long enough for a shower! Was not told I would have to pay and additional $55 for parking! That should have been included in the rental fee along with the over $1k in ridiculous other fee's charged by the owner/rental company! Definitely will not rent from these people again!

parking charged additionally at phoenix. In listing it said 35 for additional. Not each. Dryer loud. Sink backs up when running dishwasher. Guest shower faucet knob comes off. Furniture hard and uncomfortable to get uo with bad knees. Chairs high on balcony feel very unsafe. Beds horrible but we went back in forth with both beds and just endured but won't stay there or use agent. I tried to call office but nobody answered. No person was I n our unit either. Bad experience just unit needs a lot of love.
