The Space:

Situated in the gated resort community of Destiny East, this home offers a private, relaxing coastal getaway with amazing amenities. With only a short walk to the famous sugar sand beaches, Sweet Serenity Beach House is minutes away from digging your toes in the sand!
Nestled on one of the largest lots in the area, this home comes with ample parking space (for up to 4 vehicles). Its prime location affords unparalleled privacy, backing onto an easement and greenspace, with jogging path leading to the serene waters of Lake Destiny, providing a picturesque backdrop for your next vacation.
Stepping inside this meticulously crafted residence, you'll discover a home designed around the Florida life-style, with an open-plan for the Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms, facilitating true Coastal living! The best way to experience the Destiny community and surrounding beaches is with a golf cart, don't get stuck without one!

This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn!
(beach towels are provided by the owner, they are stored in the linen closet outside of the guest bedrooms.)

The Lake Pool is also only located about a 5-minute walk away (at Four Prong Lake)! 8 Pool Wristbands are provided. GUESTS are responsible for leaving the wristbands on the kitchen counter before Check-out. Any missing wristbands will result in a charge of $100 for each missing wristband charged to the guests.

Situated perfectly south of US 98 and north of Scenic Drive, this enclave boasts Club Destiny, the crown jewel of community amenities, featuring two tennis courts, a mini theatre, playground, and a sprawling pool area. A jogging path leads to the serene waters of Lake Destiny, providing a picturesque backdrop for everyday living.
At Destiny East, every detail has been meticulously curated to elevate your vacation experience to new heights of opulence and sophistication, the perfect community to unwind and experience the Destin lifestyle!
Club Destiny: A great meeting and relaxing space with a bar area with teak furniture in the bar area and casual seating areas in the atrium. Features a 60” TV to watch a game or your favorite programs.
The Main Pool features a fountain, chaise lounges, umbrellas, dining table seating for up to 78 people.
The Main Pool is heated during the spring break season, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Please check with the Clubhouse Attendant for pool heating dates (not guaranteed for the holiday season).
A private spa, protected by landscaping, is the perfect place to wind down & relax after a day at the beach!
The Lake Side Pool is located to the west of the south entrance, another nice spot to stop and wind down after a day at the beach!
The JMax Theater is a multi-seat, tiered and state of the art theater available for free rental. They maintain a library of movies, or you can bring your favorite!
Fitness Center: Features aerobic and strength training equipment that allows you to keep up your fitness regiment and overlooks the main pool area.
Playground: White sand play area, featuring plenty of climbing and swinging sets, to burn off energy!
Exercise Trail: Paved trail that runs from Four Prong Lake to the east boundary (in the center of the community). Great place to have a jog or a power walk!
Destiny Park: The pavilion overlooks Four Prong Lake to the north, with views of the Gulf of Mexico to the south. A perfect spot for pictures!
Four Prong Lake is a community-owned, 25-acre lake bordering Destiny East (to the west). Feel free to bring your rods and fish (catch & release)!
The tennis courts (2) are first-come, first-serve and have lighting for evening play. The basketball court shares space with one of the tennis courts and also has lights for evening use (again, first-come, first-serve).
An outdoor kitchen and cabana is also available with 2 grills (with side burners), a sink and prep area, plus seating for eight!
Beach Access Tunnel: There is a convenient tunnel under Scenic 98, if you decide to walk to the beach.
Getting Around:
Enjoy our 4 Adult Beach Cruiser Bicycles (Included in Amenity Fees at Check-out) & 6-Seater OWNER Golf Cart (meaning no additional fees!) to cruise down Scenic 98 in Style!
