Surrounded by Pine trees, and 10000 acres of public land, there are acres of land to explore, pick berries, ride your atv/utvs, hunt for mushrooms, hunt for deer, ice fish, fresh water fish, snow shoe. Its a short walk from the back door to the dock. 400 feet of shoreline This home has been in the family for over 25 years, and we built it ourselves with the wood you will see around you. We have had many great memories here, but now that our children are grown, it needs new LIFE in it and NEW ADVENTURES! Bring your FAMILY, BRING YOUR DOGS, BRING YOUR DONKEY AND YOUR CHICKENS. Everyone is welcome as long as they pick up after themselves. Three stories, with plenty of room to relax. Sit on the wrap around porch, while you grill or smoke some meat, gazing at the incredible view of Clam Dam Flowage. Take the paddle boards or kayaks around the lake. Rent our pontoon, or bring your own! Challenge your friends to a game of Pool or foosball in the basement while enjoying some libations at the bar. There are many doors to walk through in the house, all lead to a great room with a fantastic kitchen to cook in, and open dining and living area. Great place to GATHER! There are two bedrooms on the main floor, the Master, and second bedroom. The Master totes an en suite with a jacuzzi tub, and shower. Walk out to the wrap around porch through the french doors. Second bedroom is comfortable with a Queen bed and a beautful view of the woods. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, two with one queen bed each, one with two queen beds. These room share a beautiful panoramic view of the lake through the windows. A 1/2 bath with toilet and sink serve the second level. In the basement is laundry room, with high energy washer and dryer, Pool table, foosball table, and bathroom with shower. We have tons of board games, and puzzles to play, yard games such as Bocci Ball and Croquet. We encourage you to turn off your phones, turn off the world, and explore all the wonders this property has to offer. Although we do our best to stave off the mosquitoes, please plan to be staying in the woods.
