* Property is on well water, there is a filter installed in the fridge for drinking water, guests are encouraged to bring their own water
*Door County has a lot of iron in the soil, we provide a filter for out door water hose and there is a water softener installed as well.
*Property is on a gravel private road that is being maintained regularly.
