This home is located on Little Lake Wissota, and offers three bedrooms, one bath. In addition, it features an exercise room, full kitchen, living room, and patio. The dock and backyard will be all yours during your rental! Boat captaining and other services for guests are also available.

Guests have access to 2 adult kayaks, a paddleboard, a lilypad, and 1 kid's kayak. There is also a boat launch nearby and a dock for guests to use.

This property is a single family home with the private lower level available as a vacation rental. The lower level has its own separate entrance. To provide additional privacy, the owner will typically not occupy the upper level of the home during times when guests are staying.

Guests will have private access to the entire lower level of the home during their stay. Guests will utilize a private entrance (the door on the right hand side of the home, nearest the garage) and will descend steps to their rental.

Host will be available via phone, email, or text throughout the stay.

There are cats living in the upstairs level of the home. Although renters will likely not have interactions with the pets, those with severe allergies should take this into consideration.
