Neu renovierte Seeufer Ferienhaus mit Fenstern und Decks mit Blick auf wunderschönen Lake Missaukee. Das Haus ist für bis zu 16 Personen. Die Einheit besteht aus 5 Schlafzimmer und Schlafplätze. Neu renovierte Küche und Bad. Fenster im ganzen See überblicken Missaukee und die malerische Landschaft. Die Küche ist komplett mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank sowie Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Platz, um Autos / Bootsanhänger auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite aus dem Hause parken.

Es gibt viel Platz im Freien, um Zeit mit Familie und Freunden zu verbringen! Es gibt eine große Terrasse am See mit Blick auf die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge mit Blick auf ein Lagerfeuer Grube direkt am Wasser, und 75 Fuß von See. Ein Ponton-Boot ist für die Vermietung zur Verfügung (bitte kontaktieren Sie uns bei Interesse). Für diejenigen, die ihre eigenen Boote / Jet-Ski, gibt es eine Bootsanlegestelle in Lake City. Wir haben genug Platz, um Boote im Wasser in der Nähe von dem Haus parken. Es gibt ein Volleyballnetz, das im Wasser aufgestellt werden kann, sowie Kajaks und ein Paddelboot.
WLAN ist im gesamten Haus verfügbar.

Für diejenigen, die Vermietung der Immobilie im Winter gibt es viele Skigebiete in der Nähe der Hütte, einschließlich Caberfae Peaks, Shanty Creek und Boyne Mountain.

Cute little getaway

We stayed here over the July 4th holiday for a few days. Cottage was cute, roomy with gorgeous views. It’s a bit dated and could use some updating. The lake is calm, shallow and great for kids to swim and fish! Never been to Lake City before so it was our first time. The town itself is very small with not a lot offer. We did venture to Cadillac which had a cute downtown, local shopping and more diversity. All in all we had a good time away.

Family vacation

We all had a great time even through the weather did not want to cooperate. The house had everything we needed and the owners were super nice! Only the upstairs is air conditioned though so you will want to have fans on the main level

Cute cottage!

The property was spacious and inviting! The lake was beautiful! Our extended family enjoyed the stay while we celebrated my niece's graduation! We had an issue with the internet that required a Spectrum guy to come in during our stay and there was an issue with large flying ants. The owners were great about communication though and the overall stay was good enough that we'd definitely come back!

Family vacation

The hosts were wonderful to work with from the very beginning when we booked. Margaret met us upon arrival, shared information and answered any questions we had. She responded quickly to any questions/issues that came about during our stay. We had a wonderful time at the lake. Our party ranged in age from 70s- age 3. My MIL enjoyed being able to watch the kids play in the water from the beautiful lake view window and the 2nd deck. The family enjoyed the firepit, the kayaks and the paddle boat. However, my son said it is easier to guide going backwards.Lol We rented the pontoon and enjoyed just cruising around the lake. We also docked at the Lake City Village community dock by the little park and would go grab ice cream at Tasty Treat or a bite to eat in town. I would suggest making sure the pontoon has ropes and bumpers attached before trying to dock somewhere other than the house dock. Some of our group also enjoyed finding different spots in the lake, anchoring and fishing. They also did some fishing right off the dock and had success. The water was shallow enough for the littles to swim. The lake bottom wasn’t as sandy as we would have liked, but it was ok. There were certain spots that felt more mushy. Overall, we had a great time and were sad vacation was over.

Great Weekend Getaway

The home was perfect for 2 families with little kids. We had a great weekend! The water near the dock/shore is perfect for young children as it is sandy and shallow. We rented the pontoon boat and were able to go for a fun ride as well. Highly recommend!

Lake Memories

What can I say. This lake house was beyond anything our group could have asked for. The house was spacious, entertainment area was incredible and the views were certainly memorable! Margaret was an excellent host and was a delight to communicate with. Highly recommend the pontoon boat for sunset rides and sandbar hangs.

Great family get away

This property worked great for our family. Our kids had a great time playing in the beach area, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, or just playing hide and seek around the house. Only thing we were disappointed in was that the pontoon didn’t have lights, so you could not go out after dark. For us, the weather wasn’t the warmest, so we didn’t anyway, but if the weather would have been warmer we would have wanted to go out later, or atleast had the opportunity to, considering how much it costs to rent the pontoon. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this property!

Lovely extended family vacation

Lovely property and attentive friendly host. Margret got back to us immediately with questions and when we locked ourselves out of rooms. She was also exceedingly helpful before we even got there. We were 12 people ranging from 1 to 79. House layout worked wonderfully. The views were amazing. Just becareful with the stairs to the loft (very open and a bit shallow coming down). Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat. We took boat for 4 days and it allowed lake exploration, deep water swimming, sand bar visits, and to lake city for ice cream. Kayaks and paddle boat were also hits. Saddly the pictures were old, so there is no beach, but water is super shallow. There are lots of steps down to water but they are not steep and have great railings. Overall had a fabulous time and would return!

Relaxing Vacation

This was our first visit to Lake City and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and perfect amount of space for our family of 8 (it was supposed to be more but we had some cancellations). We enjoyed meeting the homeowner, Margaret, very much and she surprised us with a homemade treat the night before we checked out. Two things that just need to be mentioned...the driveway is very steep and there are many steps down to the water. This didn't impede our visit but may others. We rented the pontoon boat and while it wasn't good for tubing it was perfect for lake cruising and sitting at the sand bar enjoying the water and some music. Thank you for sharing your home Margaret!

Wonderful Lake House Family Vacation !

It’s hard to describe what staying at this lovely lake house meant to our family. There were 11 of us and we felt comfortable and it was spacious enough to spread out or be together. The house had all the amenities we needed. The view was unparalleled. While it didn’t have a beach, the sandy bottom and shallow clear area by the dock was perfect for our family. We loved the use of the kayaks and the paddle boat. And, especially loved having the pontoon boat to fish, take lake cruises and ride over to Lake City for dinner and ice cream! Margaret was the perfect host and had everything ready for us. Really enjoyed talking with her. She was very responsive to any questions and even purchased a mini high chair for the grandbaby. So thoughtful. We highly recommend this Lake Missaukee property. Would love to come back!

Perfect location for an extended family vacation at the lake!

This location was wonderful. We were there for a family reunion/vacation and had people in our group between the ages of 16 and 84. The property is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for gathering, and plenty of space for privacy. The lake is beautiful with a nice, sandy bottom and it stays shallow a good ways out. Our teens enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boat and playing volleyball over the net that is set up in the lake. Margaret is a great host! We had a need for a small repair and her hubby was there and had the job done less than 30 minutes after we contacted them. The only thing I would note is that the stairs leading up to the loft (where there are four twin beds) are very steep. The older folks in our group couldn’t handle them, but for most of us they did not pose a problem. Lake City is a great little town to visit with excellent restaurants. It was really as close to perfect as you can get. We are looking forward to coming back soon! I could see this being a place we come back to every summer.

Perfect Location

Great location on the lake. Pontoon boat had new seating and a new Mercury engine. Great dock and deck area for relaxing and fishing. Owners were easy to work with and answered any and all questions.

Family vacay

We absolutely loved this property and the owners. Our Carnival cruise was canceled, but we really didn't miss it because this property was so amazing. We rented their pontoon for the week and really enjoyed time on the lake. Our only concern was that there was only air conditioning upstairs, but with the breeze from the open windows, we didn't need AC downstairs. 12 guests were very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space and seating, beautiful view, kayaks, paddle boat, firepit. We loved talking with owners who were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!
