Outdoor Amenities for Year-Round Enjoyment
Unwind and relax with our outdoor features including a hot tub, pool, and fire pit—perfect for any season! Our pool is naturally heated by solar panels, reaching comfortable temperatures from May through September. Although the pool’s temperature cannot be adjusted manually, it remains pleasantly warm during these months. In cooler weather, the pool will be cold, offering a refreshing dip. For consistent warmth, our jacuzzi is temperature-controlled: heated to a cozy 101 degrees during the colder months and set to an eco-friendly 85 degrees in the summer.

Living Room
Step into our open concept living space, framed by elegant vaulted ceilings. Relax on the stylish leather sectional or the chic accent chair, positioned perfectly for enjoying the 65" smart TV with a sound bar—ideal for movie nights or jamming to your favorite playlist. Slide open the glass door adjacent to the couch to merge indoor comfort with outdoor freshness. The expansive Article table seats 8 comfortably, complementing the ample seating in the living room. Board games and puzzles are also on hand for your entertainment.

~A cozy dog bed is available in one of the bedroom closets, ensuring your pet has a comfortable spot to rest.
~Food bowls and dog baggies are provided under the kitchen sink. We ask that you clean and replace the bowls after use to maintain hygiene.
~For the comfort of all our guests, please ensure your pets use the designated bathroom areas on the side of the house or on the gravel, and avoid the artificial turf.
~Pets must not be left unaccompanied on the property or inside the house at any time.
~Our damage and cleanliness policies extend to all animal guests. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if there is excess damage or if additional cleanup is required.
~Please keep your pets clean and quiet to respect our home and other guests.
~A fee of $75 per pet, per stay applies to ensure we can continue offering these amenities and maintain our facilities in excellent condition.
**Extra pet fees will be added though our guest portal after booking is confirmed (Plus Tax). Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.


Pool Cleaner
~ Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning, they will come and go through the side gate and should not bother you throughout your stay. If you would prefer privacy during your stay please let us know ahead of time.

Desert living
~This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool.

General Rules Enforced by Riverside County:
~Loud music, rambunctious parties, and excessive street parking are prohibited by County Ordinance. To avoid disturbances and ticketing, renters and their guests must park in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Maximum 4 cars allowed.
~Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
~Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
~Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions.
~Smoking inside the property is prohibited; this includes cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis.

Pet-Specific Rules:
~Please clean up after your pets. Have dogs use the bathroom on the side of the house or on the gravel, not on the artificial turf.
~Pets must not be left unaccompanied on the property or inside the house at any time.
~All dogs must be leashed in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs should be controlled to avoid neighbor complaints. No dogs allowed in the pool.
~Our damage and cleanliness policies apply to all animal guests. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excess damage or cleanup.
~Please keep pets clean and quiet to maintain the peace and respect our home.

Fines & Expulsion:
~Exceeding the occupancy limit or violating property rules could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both.
