Welcome to The Tipsy Gypsy!
If you like the convenience of being in a private home that is close to everything, this house is for you! This house is located right next to Mallery Park on Bartow Street, which is a lovely residential area that is perfect for evening walks and bike rides. Walk right across the street and watch a baseball game, enjoy the shady oak trees, or participate in a community pickle ball game. You will only be about a half mile from the Pier Village, which is a beautiful area with many popular restaurants, gift shops and, of course, the pier. East Beach is only about 2 miles away. It's an easy drive, golf cart ride, or bike ride down the street. There are many other public beach accesses along the way, with the closest being about a half a mile to a mile from the house.
This beautiful 3 BR/2 BA house will make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The first bedroom has a TV with streaming. The second bedroom has a desk and chair, perfect for getting ready or working from home. The first bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo, is located at the end of the hall between those two bedrooms. The third bedroom, located at the other end of the house, has two double beds, a TV with streaming, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for the kids or anyone who wants a little extra privacy.
There are two spacious sitting areas: the living room and a beautiful enclosed glass sun porch! Both the living room and the sun porch have TVs with streaming availability only (no cable). The sun porch is the perfect setting to hang out and watch a sports game in comfort. Enjoy the large fenced backyard, which provides privacy and lots of sun! At the end of the day, sit down and relax with a meal at the dining table while you plan your next beach trip!
Also included with this house is a gas grill, laundry facilities, a well-stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, linens and towels, and plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles.
