Just five minutes from Stratton Open Space and Cheyenne Canyon Park where you can enjoy hiking through the Ponderosas by Cheyenne Creek, rock climbing, abundant mountain biking trails and Segway nature tours. Only a five minute walk through the neighborhood and you’ll arrive at the Ivywild School community marketplace with multiple food vendors, coffee at the Principal’s Office, Axe and Oak whiskey house, Bristol Brewery, trivia nights, yard games and many other activities all under the same roof! Walking distance to many other restaurants, ice cream shops, multiple grocery stores and cafes. A five minute drive to Downtown COS, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor and only a few more minutes in the car to Garden of the Gods, USAFA, UCCS, Colorado College, Red Rock Canyon and Manitou Springs - host of the legendary Maggie’s Farm (smoking not permitted in the unit).

You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The Neighborhood:
Ivywild is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Colorado Springs. It has easy access to all the Springs has to offer, including downtown, the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and more. The house is walking distance to restaurants and bars at Ivywild School, as well as the new CreekWalk Urban development. A Short drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, and the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center!

Getting Around:
Colorado Springs has a public transit system operated by Mountain Metropolitan Transit. You can use buses to travel around the city, including routes that may pass near Arboy Way. Check the transit authority's website or use a transit app to find routes and schedules.

Services like Uber and Lyft operate in Colorado Springs, providing convenient transportation options if you don't have a car or prefer not to drive.

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
